We may retain some information from closed accounts so that we can comply with law, prevent fraud, assist with investigations, resolve disputes, analyze or troubleshoot programs, enforce our Terms of Service, or take other actions permitted by law. 5. CHOICE AND OPT OUT

Opting Out Of Promotional Messages. You may choose not to receive our promotional communications or you may opt out of our sharing information with third parties for marketing purposes by visiting here. You may also click the unsubscribe link in the footer of any e-mail or newsletter. You may also e-mail us at support@keranique.com. It may take up to 10 days for us to process an opt-out request. Just follow the unsubscribe instructions included in each email or click "STOP" on a mobile text. You may also contact our privacy administrator at privacy@keranique.com.

Deactivation Or Deletion Of Your User Content/Account. You may request that we deactivate or delete your account by contacting us. You may also e-mail us at support@keranique.com. When you deactivate your account or ask that we delete your content on a Service we will retain logs and information about you along with an archival copy of your information, which is not accessible by you or third parties on the Service but which might be used by us for recordkeeping and internal purposes, including enforcing our Terms of Service and demographic, reporting and research purposes.

Permission To Contact You. THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS OF ANALYTIC TOOLS

Third-party advertising companies may collect information through our Services to serve ads on behalf of us and others on non-affiliated platforms. Some of these ads may be personalized, meaning that these ads are intended to be relevant to you based on information the companies collect or receive about your use of our Sites and other sites or apps over time, including through the use of cookies and other Internet technologies. Keranique adheres to the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”) Self-Regulatory Principles in connection with this targeted advertising activity. EXAMPLES OF TRACKING TOOLS

Cookies.
